Grace Zhu

My Story

Grace Zhu (she/her) is a second year MFA candidate for fiction at Emerson College. She graduated from the University of Illinois at Chicago with a degree in Teaching of English and a minor in Global Asian Studies. Her works have appeared in Stork Magazine and in an upcoming issue of RipRap Literary Journal. She draws inspiration from folktales and fairytales, and particularly enjoys writing about troublesome women and turbulent families. She has a passion for working in education and developing craft, and hopes to find a way to combine the two.
